Individual Therapy
Therapy is not “one-size fits all.” Together we will explore your experiences, behaviors, and beliefs. With the benefit of fresh insight, you will be able to identify patterns that are holding you back from health and happiness while gaining the strength and strategies to overcome them. With insight comes knowledge, and the ultimate power to heal and transform. If you are down for that, so am I!
Couples Therapy
We will help you identify underlying problems or concerns which become the treatment focus. We will establish a unique treatment plan to help you reach your goals. Goals may be different for each couple. For example, some couples may want to improve communication, others may want to fall in love with each other again, and others may wish to end their relationship on good terms. Moreover, goals may also change or evolve throughout the course of therapy.
Telehealth
If you haven’t done teletherapy before, it’s normal to feel a bit awkward initially when speaking to someone via video chat. However, experience shows that most people will become very comfortable with the process, and some may prefer it to in-person sessions. Although telepsychology may have the disadvantage of not being in the same physical room, telepsychology may also enhance feelings of security, safety, and privacy.
