We've had success treating clients with our engaging and easy-going therapy style. We don’t believe in forcing therapy if it is not something you enjoy and benefit from. We choose to practice an authentic approach to mental health counseling that speaks to the populations we work with.
Christine believes in the power of connection – connection to ourselves, to one another, the world around us and more. She’s also found personally, and in her work with clients, that access to this connection can often be hard to come by. Without it we can go through life feeling alone, lacking a sense of belonging, and generally just feeling like something’s missing from life. As we grow and heal and the door to connection opens, life transforms and takes on a fullness. Challenges become easier to navigate as we have more access to ourselves and our inner resources.
Christine is a licensed professional counselor with a master’s degree in clinical mental health. She works to restore goodness and vitality at the core level where trauma takes root – the nervous system. She uses a blend of modalities including but not limited to internal family systems and brain spotting. Christine is also a level II gottman trained couples therapist.
Through grounded presence, authenticity, curiosity, and compassion, Christine loves to meet each person where they are at to help guide them to a life of greater vitality, balance, and renewed connection to themselves.
